Terms of Service

These draft terms will govern use of the GXP marketing website and, separately, the software-as-a-service agreement between GXP and its hotel customers. The final text will be reviewed by counsel before this site goes live.

In outline, the finished terms will cover acceptable use of this website, ownership of GXP's brand and content, and disclaimers for information published here, including pricing, feature descriptions and screenshots.

Contractual terms for hotels using the GXP platform — service levels, data processing, fees and termination — are agreed separately in each hotel's subscription agreement and are not covered by this page.
