GXP ("we", "us") builds guest experience software for hotels. This page will explain what personal data we collect, how long we keep it, and how visitors, hotel staff and guests can exercise their rights under the laws of Egypt, Turkey and, where relevant, the EU/UK.

Guest data collected inside a hotel's GXP app — requests, orders, feedback — belongs to that hotel and is governed by the hotel's own privacy notice, not this website. The final version of this page will make that distinction explicit.

On this marketing website specifically, we currently collect only what a visitor submits through the demo-request form (name, hotel, email, phone) plus basic aggregate analytics. The final policy will list our sub-processors, retention periods and how to request deletion.
